1. Add up all the people on your starting roster and don't include the retiring players( but during the pre-season or season you have to add the retiring players) and also i need to see 3 scratched players that you have to include in the cap.

2. You have to be at 54milllion or less by the DRAFT or else your 1st round pick goes to the worst team in the league. And if you don't have a 1st pick then i'll take your next pick avaible, and by the pre-season if you are still over the cap i will bench ur most expensive player (which is usually one of ur best).

3. For teams that do not post their salary cap i will calculate it for you.
